Johnny Warren Brown Jr., 68, of Saratoga, Passed away Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at Christus St. Elizabeth in Beaumont surrounded by his loving family.
He was born August 3, 1950, in Kountze, TX to the late Johnny Warren Brown and Mary Francis Irby. Johnny liked to travel when he could. He loved being around heavy equipment and operating them. He enjoyed watching, M.A.S.H, John Wayne movies, and Thor... Ragnarok. He loved animals, and "PaPa," as he was known by his grandchildren had nicknames for each one. Johnny was a faithful servant and will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
Preceding Johnny in death are his parents; brother, Tony Brown; sisters, Lillian Laird, Rose Mary Stroud, Barbara Ann Martin, Florence McAdams, and Sharon Courts.
Those left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 47 years, LuAnn Brown of Saratoga; sons, Jason Warren Brown and wife Stephanie of Silsbee, Christopher Robin Brown and wife Jessie of Saratoga; brothers, J.M. Brown and wife Bet of Saratoga, Rev. Darrel Brown and wife Dorthy of Batson, Bearl Brown and wife Becky of Livingston, Gearld Brown of Saratoga, and Glenn Brown of Saratoga; sisters, Ida Pierce and husband Carl of Baytown, Brenda Fowler and husband Robert of Saratoga, Vicky Daily and husband Terry of Saratoga, Linda Arrant of Saratoga, Teresa Simmons and husband Kenny of Tyler; grandchildren, Zachary Brown of Austin, Jessica Kaiser and husband Cody of Germany, Kristan Harris and husband Cody of Waco, Alexia Sawyer and husband Tommy of Lumberton, and Harley Brown of Silsbee; great-grandchildren, Kimber and Benjamin Kaiser of Germany, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of loving family and friends.
A service of remembrance will be held Sunday, June 30, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at Faith & Family Funeral Services, Inc. with Rev. Darrel Brown officiating, interment will follow at Old Hardin Cemetery in Kountze. A gathering of Mr. Brown's family and friends will be held Saturday, June 29, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Faith & Family Funeral Services, Inc.
Honoring Mr. Brown as pallbearers will be Zach Brown, Dean Brown, Aaron Bear, Will Porter, J.P Ellis, and Bill Gautreaux. In Memoriam pallbearers are Brandon Hinklin and Andy Beaty
