81 of Hardin, Texas died on Thursday October 29, 2015 at Memorial Hermann Hospital Medical Center of Houston, Texas.
He was born May 14, 1934 in Corpus Christi to Alvin Taylor and Irene Byrd.
He had lived in Hardin, since 1993 and had worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Mechanic.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl Taylor of Hardin. Sons, Stephen Wayne Taylor and wife Kathy of Moss Hill, and Scott Allen Waters and wife Lourdes of Hardin.
Daughters are Beth Lyons and husband Donnie of Hardin, Judy Taylor of Sour Lake, Sandy Kalpalski of Liberty, and Leslie Thibodeaux and husband Jeff of Kingwood.
Sisters are Oleta Gallman of Corpus Christi, Georgie Swanner of Corpus Christi, and Frances Taylor of Goldsboro, North Carolina.
Grandchildren; 13 Great grandchildren; 16 and 1 Great Great Grandchild and a host of loving friends and other family members.
A memorial service will be held on Monday November 2, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services Chapel with Reverend Tony Hines officiating.
