Jessie Lloyd Brack, 77, passed away Monday, May 20, 2019, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 27, 1941, in Wilson, OK to the late Clifford A. Brack and Audrey Fern Caranthan.
Mr. Brack worked in maintenance for Maxwell House Coffee, now Kraft, in Houston for 31 years. After he retired he and his wife moved to Toledo Bend Lake for 7 years, where he enjoyed fishing and playing dominos with his Fairdale Baptist Church friends. He enjoyed watching his Texans and Cowboys play. A true fisherman, he loved being on the lake and that's where he could be found, out there chasing the big one. Mr. Brack also loved to hunt in his favorite places, Zapata and Laredo, where he was always looking for that trophy buck.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Those left to cherish his memory is his beloved wife of 20 years, Sandra Brack of Liberty; sons, Chris Brack and wife Janet of Kentucky, and Troy Beasley of Liberty; daughters, Rebecca Brack of Hawaii, Holly Richard and husband Johnnis of Paulina, LA, and Brandi Brack and husband Jason of Lake Hills, TX; brother, James Boling and wife Joyce of Waco, TX; sisters, Beverly Wick and husband Larry of Paris, TX, and Vickie Lipsy and husband Ron of Odessa, TX; 7 grandchildren, Calvin Pafford, Hanna Brack, Neva Conner, Mason Ainsworth, Kristen Beasley, Jayla Smith, and Leigha Richard; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of loving friends.
A service of remembrance will be held Friday, May 24, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Faith & Family Funeral Services with Reverend Bo Owens, interment will follow at Guedry Cemetery. A gathering of Mr. Brack's family and friends will be Friday, May 24, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. also at Faith & Family Funeral Services.
Honoring Mr. Brack as pallbearers are Calvin Pafford, Mason Ainswoth, Troy Beasley, Shelton Shoemake, James Sloane, and Caleb Heilander. Honorary pallbearers will be Willie Stidham, Carl Wayne Brinkley, his Maxwell House retirees, and Hardin ISD friends.
