67 of Mauriceville formerly of Starks, Louisiana died Wednesday August 1, 2012 at Baptist Beaumont Hospital of Beaumont. A service of rembrance will be held Saturday August 4, 2012 at 2:00P.M. at Calvary Apostolic Church of Starks, with Reverend W.W. Smith of The Pinehurst United Pentecostal Church of Orange, and Reverend Jeremy Shields Pastor of Calvary Apostolic church of Starks, LA officiating. Interment will follow at the V.F.W. cemetery also in Starks The family will be recieving friends also on Saturday August 4, 2012 from 11:00 A.M. until time of service at the church. Born in Starks, LA he had lived in Mauriceville six years and was an U.S. Army veteran and a retired painter and was was pentecostal by faith. He was preceded in death by his parents Edward and Nancy Bass Stanley,brothers Carl Stanley, and Clifton Says. Sisters Grace Broussard, Lilly Smith, Mary Gibson,and Minnie Ashworth.He is survived by his son Kenneth Dale Stanley and wife Lucy of Mauriceville, daughters Patricia Martin and husband Johnny of Mauriceville, Cherie Cox and husband Shane of Lewisburg, TN. Brothers J.B. Says, Leon Stanley, and Robert Says all of Starks, LA sister Betty Jo Howard of Starks. LA. Grandchildren Jonathan Martin, Cody McMahon, Rachelle McMahon, Heather Buckley, Daniel Cox, Austin Cox, Chris Carmody, Leslie Carmody, Megan Stanley, Aliza Stanley and twelve great- grandchildren.Pallbearers are Austin Cox, Cody McMahon, Daniel Cox, Eddie Dale Barlow, Roger Barlow, Ty Buckley.Honorary pallbearers are CF Barlow, Danny Lynn Barlow, Junior Says and Raymond Wilcox.
