Felix Vanslyke

Felix Vanslyke, 62, of Crosby, died on Friday April 4, 2014 at his residence. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday April 9, 2014 at 1:00P.M. at Evergreen cemetery in Crosby, with Reverend Tommy Jackson officiating. Felix was born April 24, 1951 to Everett Milton Vanslyke Jr. and Beatrice Irene Guidry in Port Arthur. He was a faithful member of The First Apostolic Church of Highlands, and had lived in Crosby many years. He was preceded in death by his parents; Everett and Beatrice Vanslyke and one brother; Glenn Vanslyke. Felix is survived by his son; Felix Vanslyke Jr. of Montana, daughter; Amanda Vanslyke of Arizona, brother; Curtis Vanslyke of Kirbyville, sister; Carolyn Vanslyke of Spurger, and three grandchildren.
