Elnora Leona Singleton
of Dayton, formerly of Daisetta, died Wednesday July 19, 2017 at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown. She was 83.
A service of remembrance will be held on Friday July 21, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at Faith & Family Funeral Services of Batson. Interment will follow at Palms Memory Park of Dayton.
Serving as pallbearers are Jimmy Whiddon, Troy Mitchell Jr. Cody Mitchell, James Kenneth Taylor, Vernon Fregia and Vernon Fregia Jr.
The family will be receiving friends on Thursday July 20, 2017 from 5:00P.M. until 9:00P.M. at Faith & Family.
She was born in Hull, Texas, September 27, 1933 to Tojan Fregia and Drusilla Dowdell. She had lived in Daisetta, many years before moving to Dayton where she lived for eleven years. Elnora had worked as a caretaker. She was a member of Bibleway Pentecostal Church of Liberty.
She was preceded in death by her brother, J.D. Fregia and parents. Survivors are son, Troy Mitchell of Dayton, brother, Raymond Fregia and wife Gracie of Ames, sister, Natalie Taylor and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of loving friends who will miss her very much.
Grandchildren are Brichelle Mitchell, Troy Mitchell Jr. Justin Trevor Mitchell, Cody Bryce Mitchell and wife Cady. Great - grandchildren, Lane Mitchell, and Karson
