Douglas Ray Corley

Douglas Ray Corley, 68, of Cleveland, passed away Monday May 20, 2013 at Kingwood Hospital. He was an outdoorsman, he loved to fish. He was a fishing guide for Powell Park on Lake Sam Rayburn. He was a great chuck wagon cook. He was an avid NASCAR fan. He could build anything. He was a contract coordinator for Home Depot for 13 years. He loved his family dearly and had a great faith in God.
He is preceded in death by his parents Johnny Ray and Garnett Jordan Corley and his loving aunt, Inez.
He is survived by his loving wife of 15 years, Linda Corley of Cleveland; children, Jonett Perkins and husband William of Liberty, Sandy Corley and wife Marlena of Mauriceville, Michael Corley and wife Jana of Madisonville, Sheila Corley of Village Mills, Brad Corley of Hardin, Stephanie Gaddy and husband Lonnie of Tarkington; grandchildren, Jessica Lemelle and husband JJ, Kelsey Collier, Emily Corley, Mallory Perkins, Courtney Collier, Colton Corley, Casey Corley, Kristopher Perkins, Cody Collier, Chloe Gaddy and Caleb Corley; future grandson Tripp Lemelle; sisters Carol Dozier and husband Jerry of Liberty and Kathy Williamson and husband David; his pet Chihuahua, Diago; numerous extended family members.
His family will receive friends at Faith and Family Funeral Services Chapel on Thursday May 23, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. A service of remembrance will be held Thursday May 23, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Faith and Family Funeral Services, officiated by Dr. Buddy Hicks. Internment will follow at Guedry Cemetery in Batson.
