David Richard Eaton

David Richard "Dave" Eaton, 45, of Liberty, TX passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021 in Houston, TX. He was born July 2, 1975, in Baytown, TX to the late Dalton and Ivy Sims-Eaton.

Dave lived in the Liberty area all his life and worked as a roughneck in the oilfield. He enjoyed fishing with his daughter and enjoyed watching any sports that came on TV. Dave was an avid collector of Dale Earnhardt memorabilia and was one of the biggest jokester anyone met. Dave was a kind person and had the biggest heart, he would give the shirt off his back if needed, he was always helping someone in need.

Dave is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dalton "D-Dalt" Eaton.

Those left to cherish his memory is daughters, Kaitlin Eaton of Batson, and Kara Powell of Liberty; son, Kameron Powell of Liberty; sisters, Kerri Fregia and husband Johnny of Liberty, Kimberly Eaton of Liberty, Katie Robinett and husband Donald of Daisetta, and Marcie Eaton and husband Josh of Daisetta; granddaughter, Gracelynn Baldridge; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of loving family and friends.

A private family service of remembrance will be held at a later date.
