Cora Lynn Williamson, a beloved member of the Hardin community, has peacefully passed away on Monday, July 29, 2024. She was born on December 30,1941, in her hometown of Liberty, Texas, Lynn was a cherished daughter of M B Coward and Jewel Campbell.

Throughout her life, Lynn touched the hearts of many with her warm kind-hearted nature. She wore many hats with grace and elegance but was most notably known for owning the iconic western store "Bunk House" in the 70’s. Her passion for the business shone through as she provided the community with not just goods but also a welcoming smile and a listening ear.

Lynn’s adventurous spirit led her to explore the beauty of nature through traveling in her camper, camping by the lake, and enjoying tranquil moments floating down the Guadalupe River with her beloved family. She found joy in simple pleasures and made lasting memories with those she held dear.

In her leisure time, Lynn found solace in playing the slot machines at the casino, dancing to lively tunes, nurturing her love for plants—especially fig trees—and showering affection on her grandkids and great-grandkids. Her love for animals reflected her compassionate soul.

Lynn is now reunited with her late husband, Brunson Ellis "Punkin" Williamson, whose memory she cherished every day. The bond they shared transcends time and continues to inspire those who knew them. Her brother Bo Coward also precedes her death.
