Cody Allen Ballard

Cody Allen Ballard, 27, of Daisetta died Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at Liberty Dayton Regional Medical Center. Cody was born June 2, 1991, to Donald Leeroy Ballard II and Theresa Calandra in Houston.

A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, June 9, 2018, at Hardin United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Gideon Watson officiating. Interment to follow at Hardin Chapel Cemetery. A gathering of Cody's family and friends will be June 8, 2018, at Hardin United Methodist Church from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Cody is preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald Leeroy 'Paw Paw' Ballard Sr and Barbara Ann 'Nanny' Ballard; and uncle, Tennie 'Aaron' Ballard.

Those left to cherish his memory are; parents, Donald Leeroy Ballard II of Daisetta and Theresa Cobb; grandparents, John and Margaret 'Marge' Calandra of Livingston; sister, Betty Ann Ballard of Maryland; uncle, Joseph Ballard of Daisetta; aunt, Monica 'Mommica' Ballard of Daisetta; cousins, Chelsea Ballard of Channelview, Cordell Ballard of Cheyenne, WY, Dakota Ballard of Huntsville, Martin Collette of Channelview, Isabella 'Izzy' Collette of Channelview, and a host of loving friends and family.
