Clinney Morris Reeves, 48, of Dayton, died on Saturday, Dec. 17, 2011.
He was a member of South Dayton Baptist Church. He loved to build things and work on his car. He was an outdoorsman, and he loved to hunt and fish. He was a very exciting person who lived life to the fullest.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Tommy Reeves and James Ray Reeves; grandparents, Cecil and Sallie Moore, Willie Reeves Konecny and E.W. Reeves.
He is survived by his children, Stacey Salazar and husband Christopher of Liberty, Clinney Ray Reeves and companion Toshia Jacobson of Liberty; grandchildren, Christopher Salazar of Liberty; companion, Cheryl Whitehead of Dayton; parents, Jerrell and Martha Reeves of Dayton; brothers, Jerrelle (Tadpole) Reeves of Dayton, Kenneth Reeves of Dayton, Charlie Reeves and wife Tina of Anahuac, and Jason Reeves of Dayton; sisters, Linda Reeves of Dayton, Cathy Brown and husband Alvin of Dayton, Anita Brown and husband Jerry of Dayton, Patricia Nail and husband Tommy of Dayton, and Cindy Kirby and husband Joey of Cove.
Graveside services will be held at 10 AM, Monday, Dec. 19, 2011, at Reeves Cemetery in Old River-Winfree, with Pastor Ray Hines officiating.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jason Reeves, William Brown, Timothy Brown, Curtis Brown, Jeffrey Brown, Kevin Brown and Michael Burns.
