Clifton T. Williams of Votaw, died Saturday November 17, 2018, at his residence with his loving family by his side. He was 67.
A service of remembrance will be held on Saturday November 24, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. at Encounter Church of Votaw with Pastor Jason Berry officiating. Interment will follow at Votaw Cemetery . The family will be receiving friends on Friday November 23, 2018 at Encounter Church from 6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. Serving as pallbearers are Kade Hatcher, Keaton Robertson, Ty Whitmire, Blake Whitmire, Cody Adams, Ethan Price. Honorary pallbearers are Jerry Ferguson, Sam Brown, C.J. Williams, Jack Breen, Robert Johnson.
Clifton was born October 30, 1951 in Houston. He had lived in Channelview for many years before moving to Votaw where he had lived for 20 years. He had served his company N.O.V. of Houston for 30 years as a Technical Field Supervisor. He was preceded in death by his parents George Clifton Williams and Shirley Elaine Stewart Williams and father - in-law, Hubert Harmon Fondren. Clifton loved his dog Pettie. He loved fishing and spending time with his grandkids. He loved tinkering with Hot Rods and watching his SyFy movies. He played the guitar and like singing and riding his motorcycle. He was a hard worker and would take things apart and try to make them better.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years Janna Williams of Votaw. Sons, Ryan Jackson Brinsfield and wife Kelli of Mt. Belvieu, Christopher Telman Williams of Moss Hill. Daughters, Deanna Michelle Robertson of Thicket, Brianne Lea Price and husband Ethan of Batson, Jole' Elizabeth Adams and husband Cody of Votaw. Brother, Al Williams and wife Carleen of Cypress, TX and his other brother and best friend James Adams and wife Carla of Conroe, and sister, Deborah Ann Reuter and husband Tommy Oakhurst, TX. Grandchildren, Brody Whitmire, Blake Whitmire, Ty Whitmire, Madison Brinsfield, Mackenzie Brinsfield, Madalyn Brinsfield, C.J. Williams, Kendall Williams, Lilly Robertson, Keaton Robertson, Brooklynn Howell, Kade Hatcher, Sam Brown, Addison Brown, Kaylin Adams and great grandchild, Everleigh Rose Whitmire.
