Billy Frank Kelley

Billy Frank Kelley, 68, of Sour Lake, died Saturday February 18, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his loving family by his side.

A service of remembrance will be held on Tuesday February 21, 2017 at 10:00 A.M. at Apostolic Lighthouse of Sour Lake, with Reverend M.D. Miller and Reverend Faustino Navarrete officiating. Interment will follow at Rosedale cemetery in Sour Lake.

There will be a gathering of family and friends on Monday February 20, 2017 at Apostolic Lighthouse from 5:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M.

Serving as pallbearers are Bobby Kelley II, Ace Lang, Terry Peeler, Eric Lindsey, Eli Guthrie, and Shawn Frazier. Honorary pallbearers are Kelly Myrick and Robert Scott.

A native of Lufkin, He had lived in Sour lake for most of his life and was retired from Hardin Jefferson Independent School, as a custodian. He was a member of Apostolic Lighthouse.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Kelley, parents, E.J. Kelley and Evelyn Juanita Oxley, and sister Debbie Kelley Frazier.

Survivors are his daughter, Sharon Hendrix and husband Michael of Sour Lake, brothers, Bobby David Kelley and wife Pat of Sour Lake, and E.J. Kelley Jr. and wife Michele of Sour Lake.
Sisters, Evelyn Myrick of Sour Lake, Carolyn Haygood of Sour Lake, Sherry Kelley Craigen and husband Danny of DeRidder, and Donna Pricer and husband Duane of Sour Lake. Grandchildren are Patrick, Jacob, and Aaliyah.
