Bernice Campbell passed away on January 26, 2017 at the Magnolia Place Health Care, in Liberty, where she resided for the past eleven years..
Prior to that she resided in Saratoga, from 1965 to 2005. She belonged to the United Methodist Church of Saratoga, until it closed, then she joined the First Baptist Church in Saratoga. She was a great mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved cooking, she had a green thumb, loved plants, and humming birds.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Hillboldt and Dora Rinn Hillboldt, brother:, John Hillboldt, sister :,Irene Himily, and her husband: Norris Campbell.
She is survived by Son: Norris Wayne Campbell and Patti of Mobile, Al; Daughter, Myra Lynn Payne and John of Dayton. Brother; 'Cap' Allan Hillboldt of Sealy, Tx. Grandchildren include Sara Johnson, Joan Huguet,Jeremy Campbell and Great Grandchild Nathan Campbell Lawrence.
Service of remembrance will be held on Sunday January 29, 2017 at 2:00P.M. at Faith & Family Chapel with Reverend Frank Aragon officiating. Interment will follow at Guedry cemetery in Batson.
The family will be receiving friends also on Sunday January 29, 2017 starting at 12:15 P.M. until time of service at Faith & Family of Batson.
